Fact: You can catch these in any Northrend AND Cataclysm fishing pools.
This is the same speed as Poseidus in non-vashj'ir water.
It's random. Some people might get it in a few days of messing around fishing out of pools (as I did) and others might spend hours a day for months and not get it. Be strong!
Falsehood: You do not need any lures on your pole.
You don't even need a very good pole.
