Blood Seeker is Vyragosa, in the case of Aeonaxx. The spawn points for Aeonaxx seem to also be the spawn points for Blood Seeker. The difference seems to be the altitude appears to vary based on screenshots of Aeonaxx being engaged, however the spawn spots seem to all be very confined to the area Blood Seekers spawn.
NOTE: THIS NPC HAS A **VERY** SMALL VISUAL RANGE. It seems so small mainly because of the deceptively large scale of Deepholm, but don't be mistaken thinking you can easily see any 2 of the blood seeker spawn points that are closer from any one point. Visual range is TINY.
As far as the flight path goes, it now looks a lot more likely it merely flies general loops around the exact area it spawns. As in, flies around where it spawns in ne1, se1, sw1, etc.

52.64 . Appears to be level with the base of the crystal deposit on the south side of the temple of earth. Not many screenshots I know of for this spot which really give clarity on altitude.

I don't believe it circles the temple. I believe, from videos and multiple eye witness accounts including my own, it sticks to certain areas when it spawns. Roughly around where it spawns, and when it hits phase lines it uTurns and keeps generally around the spawn spot. Altitude seems to very as it continues flying. At initial spawn, I saw and others see it doing tight circles around spawn. As it is up it seems to head outward and ascent/descend more.
The circles aren't perfect, but they're intentend to give a general idea of the areas Aeonaxx sticks to.
